Returns within 100 days
Wrong size or something you don't like about the order received?
Exchange size or get a refund.
You have 100 days to think about it!
The online procedure is easy to follow.
Create the label and drop off the package at the nearest point.
After your return, choose between a size exchange or refund.

Make sure the item you want to return is well packaged. If the original envelope is not usable, don't worry: the important thing is that you use packaging that protects the contents (waterproof and without cracks);

Please make sure the items are exactly as received . In the case of clothing, we will not accept washed, stained and/or worn clothing.

If the Returns Portal temporarily reports some errors , which do not allow you to continue with the procedure, wait 48/72 hours and try again .
Clearly state why you have decided to return the item.
If you wish to receive one size in exchange for another, select the Return item. It is not possible to request a different item to replace the one ordered.
If, however, you want to receive the money back for the purchase, without any product in exchange, select the Refund item. In the event of a refund, Tacchettee will refund the amount of the items that are returned through the same payment method used during the purchase within 14 working days of the return. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the customer must communicate an IBAN on which to make the refund.
The shipping costs of a return (both for a size change and for a refund) are always paid by the customer.
The shipping costs for a return are €6.00 (for Italy).
The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety. Remember that the shipment, until the receipt is certified in the Tacchettee warehouse, is under your responsibility.
We cannot respond in any way for damage, theft or loss during return shipping.
