Our shipments take place within 48/72 working hours from order placement.
Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included: these are days when the Tacchettee team usually rests their hands and minds.

Couriers used
We ship your order with couriers: BRT, TNT, FEDEX, GLS, UPS.
Don't worry: parcel tracking will be active until delivery.
If the recipient is not present, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice.
Delivery will be attempted twice, after which the parcel will be held in storage.
The storage will be released by Tacchettee and redelivered.
Costs
Italy: free shipping for orders from €59.00
and €6.00 for orders below this amount;
Europe: Depends on the zone (Visible at checkout);
Rest of the World: Depends on the zone (Visible at checkout).
Delivery times
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any customs charges will be borne by the recipient.
In case of merchandise refusal by the customer or non-delivery, the amount for shipping costs + return shipping costs + customs for return will be retained and charged to the recipient. The price of the merchandise, however, will be refunded.
