Couriers used
We ship your order with couriers: BRT, TNT, FEDEX, GLS, UPS .
Don't worry: package tracking will be active until delivery.
In the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage.
Delivery will be attempted twice, then the package will go into storage.
Stock that will be released by Tacchettee and returned to delivery.
Costs
Italy : free shipping for orders starting from €59.00
and €6.00 for orders of smaller amounts;
Europe : Depends on the area (Visible at checkout) ;
Rest of the World : Depends on the area (Visible at checkout).
Timings
Our deliveries take place within a maximum of 10 working days, often 5/7 working days from the order.
Customs charges and duties
In case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any customs charges will be borne by the recipient.
In case of refusal of goods by the customer or non-delivery, the amount of the costs of sending goods + returning goods + customs for return will be withheld and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
