Welcome to tacchettee.it (the “Website”), the Tacchettee online shop.

The products sold on www.tacchettee.it are sold and invoiced by Soap Srls Unipersonale, with registered office in Via E. Mattei, 1 – 56025 Pontedera (PI), VAT number 02308530506.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract:

The contract stipulated between Tacchettee.it and the Customer (i.e. the individual, a natural person, who makes the purchase on the Website, not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) must be understood as concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Tacchettee.it. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Tacchettee.it will in any case promptly notify the Customer.

By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Website (hereinafter the “Order”), the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions (hereinafter the “Conditions”).

These Conditions can be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

The products offered for sale by Tacchettee are only those present on the Tacchettee.it website at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.

It is in any case understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and dimensions (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Website and view the images).

To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Website in its entirety and send it after carefully reviewing the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products they intend to purchase. The Customer must also request Tacchettee.it, if they wish, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.p.R. no. 633/1972.

The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Tacchettee.it through an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will briefly report the purchase conditions, as required by the applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the latter can verify them and possibly communicate without delay any necessary corrections of erroneous data.

The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees are in any case communicated to the Customer in advance through the website or these Conditions.

 

The purchased products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 48/72 working hours from the date of registration of the Order by Tacchettee.it, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before sending the Order. Tacchettee.it reserves the right to accept or not accept deliveries requested outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

With regard to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs duties will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.

The delivery times indicated by Tacchettee.it are to be considered purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments, do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnities.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected, by affixing a specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 10 days of delivery, according to the procedures provided in this document.

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must send Tacchettee.it a communication to that effect, within the indicated terms, using the appropriate form on the Website.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to our warehouses within 30 (thirty) days of the withdrawal itself, by contacting Tacchettee.it through the dedicated Returns Portal on the website.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (bags and packages), stored and possibly used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, with normal diligence, without signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions listed below:

• the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, complements, etc.);
• for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment;
• shipping, up to the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Tacchettee.it, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• in case of damage to the goods during transport, Tacchettee.it will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly report to the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
• Tacchettee.it will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the shipment for return.

Tacchettee.it will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, net of shipping costs, pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the debited amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed and net of shipping costs for sending the package, whether incurred by the customer or the seller.

Tacchettee.it may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer proves to have correctly returned the product, if earlier.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Tacchettee.it ascertains that:

• the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
• the product is missing its outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;
• the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Tacchettee.it will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.

WARRANTY

All products sold by Tacchettee.it are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or payment receipt, together with the transport document.

In the event that, for any reason, Tacchettee.it is unable to provide the Customer with a product under warranty (restored or replaced), or where the repair or replacement is excessively onerous, also due to the value of the product, Tacchettee.it may proceed with a reasonable reduction of the price paid, or with the return of the entire amount paid with termination of the contract.

In cases where the application of warranties requires the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).

PRIVACY

The personal data collected by sending the Order will be processed by Tacchettee.it for the sole purpose of fulfilling the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU 2016/679 and the privacy policy on the website. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

APPLICABLE LAW

The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution and regulation is governed by Italian Law, with the disapplication of conflict of laws rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of the Customer's municipality of residence will be competent for the resolution of related disputes.

AGREEMENT

The contract replaces all previous contracts, agreements and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of the contract, together with the order, the general conditions relating to the use of the site and the conditions relating to the registration service. Any variation or modification of the contract must be accepted in writing by both parties.

COMMUNICATIONS

All communications between the parties must be made in writing and sent to the address of the other party indicated in the contract and in the order. Communications sent to the e-mail address of the other party, indicated on the website and in the order, are also considered to be sent in writing.

Communications relating to the validity or existence of this agreement must be delivered exclusively by hand or sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
