The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination:
- Italy: free shipping for orders over € 50.00 - (€ 2.90 for orders below € 50.00)
- Europe: € 15.00;
- Rest of the World: € 35.00.
Shipping policy
Shipments of Tacchettee products are made by couriers: BRT, GLS and UPS.
A parcel tracking service is active.
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon.
The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times.
In the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice in transit, through a label affixed to the home. Delivery will be attempted twice: then, in the negative case, the courier will notify the stock of the goods. Stock that will be released by Tacchettee.it and returned to delivery, unless the Courier has previously communicated the customer by telephone. Tacchettee.it will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
In case of shipments made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Tacchettee.it will not be held responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately detected, by placing a specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.
Shipping costs
Shipping times
The delivery of most of the products takes place in 5/7 working days from the date of the order. The timing can be extended to 10 working days in the case of products with special processes.
Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by causes of force majeure or in case of holidays.
In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipping may be caused by the inability to withdraw the authorized amount for payment. If after 10 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) the goods have not yet been received, please contact Tacchettee.it at your order@tacchettee.it specifying the type of problem.
The delivery times indicated by Tacchettee.it must be considered as indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not legitimize the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation.
Duties and customs duties
With regard to deliveries required in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country: the Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits. t3>
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and / or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount to cover the following costs: shipment of goods + return of goods + customs for return and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
Returns and refunds policy
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must send to Tacchettee.it a communication to that effect, within the specified terms, to the following email address your order@tacchettee.it, or use the appropriate form on the Site.
In case of withdrawal, the Customer will have to send the products back to our warehouses.
Return conditions
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
- The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, complements, etc ...);
- For the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment;
- The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Tacchettee.it, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- In case of damage to the goods during transport, Tacchettee.it will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Tacchettee.it will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
Refund conditions
Tacchettee.it will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by means of a reversal of the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement, except for the return costs of € 6.00 for shipments in Italy, for shipments outside Italy the shipping cost is to be considered applicable. Tacchettee.it may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Tacchettee.it ascertains that:
- The returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact;
- The product is missing its external packaging and / or its original internal packaging;
- The product is missing its integral elements and / or accessories.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Tacchettee.it will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
